The site is operated by Dr Colette Jeffrey, trading as Copper Jetty (a sole trader).
What this site is
The site is the public-facing presence of a wayfinding strategy and design consultancy. It exists to introduce the practice, describe how we work, list selected projects, and provide a way to get in touch. Nothing on the site constitutes a commercial offer or a binding quotation; engagements are governed by separate, signed contracts.
Intellectual property
All content on this site (text, code, images, the design system, and the Copper Jetty name and mark) is owned by or licensed to Copper Jetty. You may view, share, and link to our pages freely. You may not republish, copy, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.
Where we reference a third-party body of work (for example, NHS guidance to which we have contributed), the underlying rights remain with that party.
Opinions in writing
Our Insights posts represent the working views of the practice at the time of publication. They are not professional, medical, or legal advice for any specific organisation or building. Any decision based on our writing is the reader’s responsibility.
